Gail Stoughtenger Receives Certificate Of Appreciation

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Human Services Committee recently recognized Gail Stoughtenger, community services worker with the county Department of Social Services, for her 25 years of dedicated service to Oswego County government.
