OSWEGO, NY – The city of Oswego Department of Parks and Recreation, would like to announce that the Charles E. Gallagher Swimming Pool will be opening for the 2015 season on June 26 at 12:30 p.m.
Public swim will be between the hours of 12:30 and 5 p.m. and family swim will be held from 5 to 7 p.m.
Fees are as follows (resident and non-resident):
Youth Day Pass – $1 and $1 (under 18 years of age)
Adult Day Pass – $2 and $2
Youth Season Pass – $25 and $35
Adult Season Pass – $35 and $45
Family Season Pass – $55 and $70
Seniors – Free and Free (62 and older)
Learn to Swim Program – $20 and $30 (per child – per session)
Swimming lessons will again be offered beginning June 29, held in four, two-week sessions, (ten children per session).
The sessions are as follows:
The first session runs from June 29 through July 10
The second session runs from July 13 through July 24
The third session runs from July 27 through August 7
The final two-week session runs from August 10 through August 21
There are two times to choose from to attend, the first is 10 – 10:45 a.m. and the second is 11 – 11:45 a.m. for age groups 4-5; 6-7; 8-9; 10-11; and 12 and up.
Fees for residents are $20 per child, per session; non-residents are $30 per child, per session. Sign up will be held on June 27 beginning at 10 a.m. at the Gallagher Pool.
