OSWEGO – The Oswego City?County Youth Bureau and Oswego Harborfest invite families to get out of the cold and enjoy a Treasure Island Luau. Bring the kids to the Elks Lodge on West Fifth Street in Oswego for this fun-filled event on February 28 from 2 to 4 p.m.

Children and parents are invited to dress in their best pirate, princess or tropical luau costume. Please keep attire appropriate.
