Luther Dennison is my grandfather. It has been such a whirlwind full of joy this past year as people have come forward and together to honor him. Though I am not surprised at the vast number of community members who have attended this past year’s events and voiced their praise, I am purely delighted that so many have been so warm and caring, and that you have all recognized the importance in making sure such a loyal, hard working, and respected man retires knowing how much he was appreciated. I know it has put a smile on his face, and in turn on the faces of his family members. We are so proud of him.
