This year, the organization has partnered with Ron DeGroff, owner and president of Bridge Street Jewelers in Oswego, to raffle off a stunning pair of .35 carat diamond earrings, valued at $450, to a Harborfest individual or family member who has contributed at the $25 level or above.

For each increment of $25 donated, a member will receive one raffle ticket.

Membership forms can be found on www.oswegoharborfest.com, at the Harborfest offices located at 41 Lake St. or can be mailed to specified addresses by calling (315)-343-3733.

Once the tickets have been filled out with contact information, they need to be taken to Bridge Street Jewelers, 211 W. First St. in order to be entered into the raffle.

The drawing will be held on July 27 during the Harborfest opening ceremony on the NRG Lakeview Stage in Breitbeck Park.

Harborfest Executive Director Peter Myles said, “We’re thrilled that Bridge Street Jewelers is helping Harborfest reach fundraising goals with such a valuable donation. The spirit of Harborfest is closely aligned with the spirit of community here in Oswego, and it’s inspiring to see so many of our individual and family members support us each year.”

Oswego Harborfest celebrates its 30th birthday this July, scheduled for the 27th through the 30th.

Harborfest is one of the few admission-free music festivals in the country.

It was founded with the mission of creating nationally recognized festivals and events that attract and engage a broad and diverse audience, celebrate and build community, and advance economic development in Oswego.

It would not be possible to continue the event without the massive continued support received from the city of Oswego, businesses, organizations, government entities and individuals.
