Harold A. Zellar, 97

Harold A. Zellar, 97, of Fulton, died October 29, 2009 at Oswego Hospital. Born in Fulton, he was a life resident.

Harold had worked at the Rome Army Air Field as a civilian airplane mechanic. He retired from Sealright in Fulton after many years. Harold was a member of the Ancient Order of Oddfellows in Fulton. He enjoyed bowling. Harold was predeceased by his wife, Thola Zellar, who died in 1985 and by his daughter, Brenda Whelan, who died in 2004.

Surviving are his son, Horace (Carol Wilcox) Zellar of Fulton; three grandsons; one granddaughter; many great-grandchildren.

Services will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Foster Funeral Home, Fulton with burial at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours are 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton.
