Harry Trepasso, 90; formerly of Fulton and Cortland, NY and currently of Ocala, FL died at the home of his daughter Jacklyn in Homer, NY.
He was born in Fulton to the late Venanzo and Mary (Scalise) Trepasso. He resided in Fulton, NY for 41 years and Cortland, NY for 24 years before moving to Ocala, FL in 1985.
Mr. Trepasso was a United States Veteran having served in the Air Force during WWII as a Master Sergeant. He retired from Conrail after 20 years of service as a Freight Agent.
Mr. Trepasso was a member of the Italian American Club, past communicant of Immaculate Conception Church, and the American Legion, FL. He was also a member of the Transport Communications Union.
Mr. Trepasso was pre-deceased by his wife Laura Trepasso in 2002, and his grandson Timothy Fahey in 2010.
He is survived by 3 daughters: Cheryl Ann (Doug) Keeney of NC, Jacklyn (Phil Miller) Fahey of Homer, NY and Cynthia (Mark) T. Craig of Cowlesville, NY, his companion Alene Jackson of FL, 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be conducted 9:00 AM Thursday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., and 9:30 AM in Holy Trinity Church, Fulton. Burial will be held in the spring at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours will be from 4:00 to 7:00 PM Wednesday at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton, NY 13069.
