Head Start Students Perform ‘Bubble Test’

OSWEGO, NY – A child at Oswego Head Start blows a bubble using a lid to a paint cup.

Children gathered items from the classroom and then tested whether they did or didn’t work well to make bubbles.

Oswego Head Start is operated by Oswego County Opportunities and is a preschool program for children 3 and 4 years of age and their families.
