What if, rather than you serving your business, your business served you? What if you could turn a profit from your very next deposit? And what if you had the power to guarantee that profitability?
Debbie Bilello will discuss Profit First, a cash management system that will ensure any business – of any size, in any industry, no matter how much debt it carries or how many years it has been operating – will become permanently profitable, at the next Women’s Network for Entrepreneurial Training’s monthly breakfast meeting, September 3.
It will be held at 8 a.m. at Operation Oswego County, 44 W. Bridge St., Oswego.
Profit First reveals why the traditional accounting formula of Sales-Expenses = Profit is not just counterintuitive to human behavior, but a myth that locks you into a never ending cycle of selling more yet profiting less. With Profit First you will discover the step-by-step Profit First system that shows you how to radically change the financial health of your business … from your very next deposit.
Bilello is the owner of Virtual Office Solutions, a bookkeeping and administrative consulting firm that assists entrepreneurs with their back office management.
As a former office manager and administrator in a variety of businesses, including printing and direct mail marketing, property and casualty insurance, medical office and local government, she has identified the common threads that every business needs, but may lack, to run effectively and efficiently.
Recent conversations with several clients about cash flow revealed an urgent need for assistance in cash flow management.
This need prompted Bilello to seek out resources to better serve her clients in this area.
Profit First, a book by Mike Michalowicz, addressed that need with simplicity and clarity.
Profit First is a system that leverages the habits we already have to realize the greatest profit, without having to mull over confusing financial statements.
Bilello quickly became certified as a Profit First Professional to assist entrepreneurs in this very effective method and is ready to assist you.
