FULTON, NY, June 11, 2012 (By Dave Medler) – Bring your dad out for the Fulton Speedway for a night of racing fun this Saturday, June 16, as Ingles Performance and SUBWAY will be sponsoring a full night of action on Father’s Day evening.
On the race card will be the Tracey Road Equipment Big Block Modifieds, SUNY Canton Sportsman, NAPA Late Models, E&V Energy Novice Sportsman and Parts Plus Four Cylinder Stocks. The Upstate Vintage Stock Car Club will be making their yearly appearance.
Like their sister track, the Brewerton Speedway, the big block modifieds have yet to have a repeat winner. Feature winners include, Rookie Tim Sears Jr., his Uncle Tom Sears Jr., Billy Decker, Willy Decker, Matt Fink and Pat Ward.
Billy Decker leads the way in the point’s standings. Then there is an all out battle for second in the points as, Mike Mahaney, Larry Wight and Pat Ward are deadlocked, with Tom Sears Jr., just seven points behind them.
Jordan Bennett leads the way in the SUNY Canton Sportsman points. Our talented lady drivers Beth Schneider, Katelyn Kane, Tony Finch II and Ron Davis III are in the top five.
Other point leaders are, Larry Wight, NAPA Late Models, Kyle Fink, E&V Energy Novice Sportsman and Skip DeGroff, Parts Plus Four Cylinder Stocks.
Ingles Performance is the official provider of Can-Am ATVs at the Brewerton and Fulton Speedway for 2012. Both tracks use two brand new 2012 4 x 4 Can-Am Outlanders being provided for the use by each track by Ingles Performance out of Phoenix, NY. Gates will open Saturday night at 5 with racing starting at 7. Adult grandstand admission is $12 with everyone 18 years old and younger will be admitted FREE to the grandstands.
