OSWEGO, NY – Isabelle Guzman, 69, of SW Ninth St. Oswego, passed away Thursday April 12, 2012, at her home.
Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Frances (Arroway) Barker.
She enjoyed bingo and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Surviving are her husband, Manuel Guzman; five daughters, Isabelle (Rick) Clark, Mildred Simcox, Judy (Edward) Wallace, Faye LaRock and Mindy Guzman; three sons, Marty Beckwith, Manuel Guzman Jr. and Roberto Guzman; five sisters, Virginia Barba, Joanne Alavardo, Janice Colon, Norma Perez and Elizabeth Velez Rivera; two brothers, Fred and David Barker; 20 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her siblings, Mildred Slaver, Mary J. Perez, Leona Rivera and Norman Barker.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary’s Church.
Burial will be held at Rural Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held 4-7p.m. Monday at the Nelson Funeral Home, 11 W. Albany St., Oswego.
