JD Too Tough For Oswego Girls’ Lax

We played a tough JD team Tuesday night – they moved the ball well and they controlled the draw circle, especially in the second half.

The first half we kept ourselves in the game and were only down by 3 goals.

Offensively we had several good looks on the net and several good drives to the goal.

We came up short a few times in the first half.

The second half  JD’s draw control gave them possessions that we could not recover from.

We had several good looks and some good drives but just could not capitalize on some JD errors.

Tough game but it gives us a few days to reflect on the things we need to work on, draw control and the ground ball game are some things we need to pick up the pace a little more with.

And we have two games over the April break next week.

We get a home match up with Syracuse who we saw last week and then we head down the road to play Mexico.

We will use the games next week to bounce back and keep working hard.
