  1. My sincerest condolences to Joanie’s family! She was like family to us – we were just talking with her about all the year’s she’s been our Oswego County Vegetable Grower Association secretary. She was the glue that held us together and made our meetings happen! She was always so positive and PLEASANT! She genuinely loved helping others and staying busy volunteering at the hospital, playing cards etc. Any time I saw Joanie or spoke with her, it was a pleasurable experience. She was just a doll and one of a kind! We will miss her and are so sad she won’t be keeping us ‘in line’ any more… God definitely called home a good one! xo
