John A. Altman is my Uncle through my mother Elizabeth Marie Fisher whom everyone knew as Pat. I didn’t know Uncle John very well but I’ve heard stories through my siblings and cousins that he was a very nice man, with a good sense of humor. I really wish I could have seen him again but I guess I will have to settle for seeing him in heaven when the time comes. My love and prayers go out to Aunt Dora Jean and their family; along with the rest of my family in their time of grief. He will be missed.
