FULTON, NY – Joseph A. “Bulldog” Stevens, 48, of Hannibal, passed away on Sunday April 2, 2017.

Joseph A. ‘Bulldog’ Stevens

He was born April 8, 1968, in Syracuse to the late Craig and Theresa Pinto Stevens and had resided in the Hannibal area for the last 30 years.

In his free time, Bulldog enjoyed riding motorcycles, surfing the web, working on electronics and was an avid outdoorsman.

In addition to his parents, Joe was predeceased by his brother, John Stevens.

He will be greatly missed by his wife of 26 years, Tammy; children, Alicia and Joseph Stevens II, of Fulton and Terrance Stevens, of Oregon; grandchildren, Shane Jr. and Kerstyn Thomas, Adrianna and Sabrina Goncalves and Ava Lynn Stevens, and his step-mother, Joanne Stevens, of Central Square.

Calling hours will be held Friday April 7, from 10 a.m. to noon with a service to immediately follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.

    Joe you were my very first friend here, you and Tammy treated me like family from day one. You were a great man, husband , father and friend. You are and always will be greatly missed and loved.     He was a good friend when i was younger and showed me about electronics, RC cars and motorcycles. He will be missed and my condolences go to Tammy and the kids.
