FULTON, NY – June Rose, 84, of Oswego, died at Oswego Hospital, on Friday January 4, 2013.
She was born in Fulton, NY, and she has been a lifetime resident of Oswego County.
Mrs. Rose was past employed with Sealright, Co., Fulton and she retired from KBC after 20 years of service as a clerk.
She was predeceased by her husband, Ralph Rose, in 2004; and siblings: James, Lee and Dean Bickford, Arlene VanAlstine and Veva Gallagher.
Mrs. Rose is survived by her three children: Terry (Ken Warner) Rose of Syracuse, Timothy Rose of Fulton and Cindy (Spike) Giberson of Oswego; three sisters: Beatrice Smith of Oswego, Ellen Hawley of Fulton and Kay (Ed) Coe of Fulton; eight grandchildren; 10 great-granddaughters; two great-grandsons; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday at the Sugar Funeral Home, 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton, with Rev. David Grey officiating.
Burial will be held in the spring at Fairdale Cemetery, Hannibal.
Calling hours will be conducted Sunday from noon to 2 p.m. at the Sugar Funeral Home.
