Oswego – Katherine. L. Widrick, 94, a former resident of Pulaski, passed away Wednesday, at St. Luke Health Services.
Mrs. Widrick was born in Oswego, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Anna Jessmore.
Prior to retirement, she was employed as a nurse’s aide with the Oswego Hospital.
Mrs. Widrick was a member of the VFW Post #5885 Auxiliary in Oswego, and a member of the Oswego Moose Lodge.
She was a former communicant of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Minetto.
She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Brownell of Pulaski, and Helen Fitzgerald of Oswego; a son George Brownell of Florida; five grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandsons.
She was predeceased by her 1st husband, Reginald Brownell; her 2nd husband, Saranas Widrick; a daughter, Margaret Wolfe; and a sister, Anna Cocopoti.
Funeral services will be held at 7:30pm Sunday, at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home.
Spring burial will be in Peck’s Cemetery in Scriba.
Calling hours will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 Sunday, prior to the service, at the funeral home, 112 East Second Street in Oswego.
