* LOCATIONS…OSWEGO COUNTY.

* TIMING…EARLY TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. SNOW DEVELOPING ACROSS THE NORTHERN PORTION OF THE COUNTY TUESDAY AFTERNOON…THEN SETTLING TO THE SOUTHERN PORTION TUESDAY NIGHT.

* ACCUMULATIONS…SNOW POTENTIALLY ACCUMULATING 8 TO 12 INCHES IN THE MOST PERSISTENT LAKE SNOWS.

* WINDS…NORTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH PRODUCING SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.

* VISIBILITIES…AS LOW AS A QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS…TRAVEL MAY BE VERY DIFFICULT AT TIMES WITH SNOW COVERED ROADS AND POOR VISIBILITY DUE TO HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.
