Lanigan Elementary School Game Day

Lanigan Students Scoot Inside for Game Day: Untimely rain moved the Lanigan Elementary School Annual Game Day event from an outside activity to an inside activity, but the rain couldn’t stop the fun. Classroom teachers coordinated fun classroom activities for the students and the physical education teachers set up several stations in the gymnasium including an obstacle course, jump rope and scooter stations. Taking a spin at the scooter station is fourth grade student Akeyva Wright.

Lanigan Students Camp Out For Game Day: Rain might have put a damper on Lanigan Elementary School's Annual Game Day, but the students in Krista LaDue's fifth grade class kept the home fires burning. The class opted for an inside camping celebration on game day, trading in their desks and chairs for tents, camp chairs, and a crafty construction paper campfire. Pictured around the campfire, left to right, are students: Robert Vincent, Seth Grimshaw, Julie Duval, Katlyn Besaw, Kelton Crofoot, Will Stoutenger, Hayden Sachel (in back), and Nathan Young.
