Last Call For Boys’ Indoor Box Lacrosse League Registration

OSWEGO – With games scheduled to start Thursday, June 28, high school boys interested in playing indoor box lacrosse this summer are invited to the Fort Ontario rink this Thursday, June 21, from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. for final registration, a review of rules, a meeting for the GMs, and a pick-up game if enough players show up.

The league is for boys finishing grades 8-12; games will be played on Thursday evenings starting June 28 and finishing up with playoffs and championship on August 9.

A live draft took place last week, but additional players are welcome to register by this Thursday.

Each team is expected to have 10-12 players.

No experience is necessary and loaner equipment will be available.

Games will be played 6 vs. 6 (including the goalie) and no long sticks are allowed.

Registration also allows for participation in weekly pick-up games in the outdoor box.

The league is sponsored by the Oswego Lacrosse Club.
