Connie Sok, 55, is in custody regarding last Friday’s animal abuse complaint at Tudo Road in Mexico. Connie was arrested at her residence on Tudo Road this afternoon and has been charged with 44 counts of Overdriving, Torturing and Injuring Animals; Failure to Provide Proper Sustenance and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. All charges are misdemeanors. She will be arraigned this evening in Oswego County CAP Court. CAP Court begins tonight at 5:30 PM. This incident is still under investigation.
