GRANBY – Several Granby Elementary students were recently inducted into the school’s Learning League for exemplifying empathy throughout the month of December.
Because the students had shown recognition of others’ feelings, thoughts and attitudes, they were presented with certificates in front of their peers, teachers and guests.
Understanding what it’s like to walk in someone else’s shoes earned the awardees the special Granby Gator honor.
