OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Human Services Committee presented a proclamation to Oswego ARISE which decrees July 26 as Americans with Disabilities Awareness Day.

Oswego ARISE works with residents and communities to ensure that people of all levels of ability have access to services, employment, accommodations, transportation, and telecommunications.
