OSWEGO – The Oswego County Human Services Committee recently presented Rachel Leotta with the 2016 “Paul Santore Award for Outstanding Youth.”
Leotta has been a member of the Youth Bureau Board of Directors for the past three years, and is active in the Development Advisory Board, National Junior Honor Society, National Honor Society, OHS Chamber Singers, OHS Drama Club and other organizations.
Rachel has distinguished herself as a leader among youth in the community and is an inspiring example of caring, commitment and dedication.
