The Oswego Public Library’s Library Learning Center will offer a four-part Introduction to Computers workshop on March 7, 14, 21 and 28.
Each class is free and runs from 10 a.m. to noon.
Topics covered by the instructor include: mouse and keyboard basics, getting started with programs, basic hardware components, and introduction to the Internet.
No previous experience with computers is necessary.
In addition to our introductory workshops, the Library Learning Center will feature Couponing with Computers, Intro to Facebook, Downloading Ebooks for Kindle and Library Databases.
Dates and times are as follows:
March 15 – Couponing with Computers noon – 2 p.m.
March 25 – Intro to Facebook 2 – 4 p.m.
March 29 – Downloading Ebooks for Kindle noon – 2 p.m.
March 31 – Library Databases 2 – 4 p.m.
The Library Learning Center is located on the lower level of the Oswego Public Library, and is open Monday-Saturday.
All programs are free and open to the public.
