Lions’ Wine and Beer tasting event set

The Oswego Lions Club will hold its 15th annual Wine and Beer tasting with silent  auction on March 22 at the American Foundry in Oswego.

The event is scheduled for 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The popular silent auction will once again display many donated items from business throughout the area including Cakes Galore & More donating a “Cake a month for a year” worth more than $300, Devine Designs by Gail, donating a Large “Junk Food” Basket worth more than $100, Empire Attractions donating Admission tickets to its many attractions, Harbor Eye donating Bolle Glasses, BeautiControl donating a spa package, Rays Furniture Perks donating Handcrafted and caned chairs and many, many more items.

The Lions Club will once again feature the very popular live auction.

One of the main items will be a wine cellar with wine refrigerator.

Pre-sale tickets are available at Cakes Galore or from any Lions Club member.

Included in the ticket price, each person will be provided a complimentary wine glass or beer mug at the door.

Complimentary appetizers will be provided and a cash bar will also will be available by the American Foundry.
