On March 20, the U19 Lakers (Skaneateles) won the Tier II New York State Championship in Amherst.

Beginning tomorrow (March 31)  the team, whose roster includes includes Whitney Daino (Oswego), Christina Ravesi (Fulton) and a “who’s who” of Central New York hockey players, will compete at Nationals in Burlington Vermont.

The schedule is as follows:

March 31 at 4 p.m. – Skaneateles vs CT Northern Lights – Played at Cairns Arena #1

April 1 at noon – Alaska All Stars vs Skaneateles Lakers – Played at Gordon H Maquette Ice Arena

April 2 at 8 a.m. – Vermont Shamrocks vs Skaneateles Lakers – Played at Cairns Arena #1
