Local Students Receive Scholarships at Clarkson University


POTSDAM, NY – The following local students received scholarships at Clarkson University during the 2014-2015 academic year:

Joseph Dobiac of Pulaski, majoring in electrical engineering, received the Steve Neely Memorial Endowed Scholarship.

Mitchell Spink of Pulaski, majoring in civil engineering, received the Ruth and Sandy ’54 Ginsberg Endowed Scholarship and the William H. ’53 and Beverly Lane Endowed Scholarship.

Danielle Faivus of Oswego, majoring in biology, received the John Ben Snow Foundation Endowed Scholarship.

Jacob Sereno of Oswego, majoring in psychology, received the James D. Cartin Memorial Endowed Scholarship.

Tyler Virkler of Phoenix, majoring in engineering and management, received the John Ben Snow Foundation Endowed Scholarship.

Michaela Mascaro of Central Square, majoring in civil engineering, received the Cala Family Endowed Scholarship.

Austin DeMott of Oswego, majoring in engineering and management, received the Wallace H. Coulter Endowed Scholarship.

Louis Arena of Mexico, majoring in aeronautical engineering, received the Elwyn J. Rodee Endowed Scholarship.

Daniel Wahl of Fulton, majoring in chemical engineering, received the John Ben Snow Foundation Endowed Scholarship and the Nancy E. and James F. ’64 Wood Endowed Scholarship.

Kyle Fisk of Pennellville, majoring in chemical engineering, received the Nathan and Janet Owen Endowed Scholarship.

Benjamin Ewald of Pennellville, majoring in electrical engineering, received the H. Douglas and Sara Barclay Endowed Scholarship and the John F. Frazier ’38 & L.K. Sillcox Endowed Scholarship.

Brian Garrett of Phoenix, majoring in software engineering, received the Mr. and Mrs. Robert N. Wagner Endowed Scholarship.

Allison Pandich of Constantia, majoring in communication, received the H. Douglas and Sara Barclay Endowed Scholarship.

Tyler Loveless of Pennellville, majoring in chemical engineering, received the A. Douglas Burrow ’31 Endowed Scholarship.

Samantha Corcoran of Pulaski, majoring in engineering and management, received the Wallace H. Coulter Endowed Scholarship.

Jacqueline Novak of Pulaski, majoring in environmental engineering, received the A. Douglas Burrow ’31 Endowed Scholarship.

Olivia Mascaro of Central Square, majoring in political science, received the Cala Family Endowed Scholarship.
