Local Students to Attend Clarkson University

POTSDAM, NY – The following local students will attend Clarkson University in Potsdam and begin studying in the fall 2014 semester.

Nicholas Robert Baxter of Central Square, N.Y., a mechanical engineering major, who previously attended SUNY Canton.

Dana L. Rowe of Mexico, N.Y., a civil engineering major, who previously attended SUNY Potsdam.

“We look forward to having these students join us on campus in August,” said Dean of Admissions Brian T. Grant.

Transfer students can schedule a personalized visit to Clarkson, which includes a campus tour tailored to their interests, the opportunity to sit in on a class, a visit with an admissions counselor, and a one-on-one meeting with a professor.
