Lola A. Gardner, of Fulton, died November 4, 2008.
Born in Parish, she was a resident of Fulton since 1935.Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â Lola worked at General Electric Company in Liverpool for 27 years and Sealright Company in Fulton for nine years. She was a member of the Fulton Congregational Church.Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â Lola enjoyed reading and knitting afghans for her family and friends. She was predeceased by her first husband, Frank French, who died in 1946; her second husband, Donald Gardner, who died in 1986 and her son, Bruce French, who died in 2004.
Lola is survived by two daughters, Barbara Duger and Ilda Jones both of Fulton; sister, Ruth Sparhawk of St. Petersburg, FL; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and two nieces.
Services were private.
