The tourism site, which was completely re-designed, contains stunning photographs, detailed maps, current fishing conditions, and several interactive features to help you plan your outing.
Charter captains and fishing guides, tackle shops, hotels and motels, campgrounds, bed and breakfasts,
and restaurants across the county are listed, with contact information, directions and direct links to businesses with Web sites. The county’s rich history is explored with sections on museums and historic sites with map features and Web links. People who are tracing their genealogy can find historians, cemeteries and other records.
The site contains three blogs that highlight fishing and hunting, outdoor adventure, and arts and cultural events in Oswego County. Other features include a photo gallery, hiking and bicycling trails, snowmobiling and winter sports, farm markets, birding,racetracks, boating, and visitor information.
