FULTON, NY – Madden Katherine Hayden Ladd, 2, of Fulton died Friday September 26, 2014, at Oswego Hospital.

She was born in Oswego to Ticia Hayden and Mathew Ladd of Fulton.

Madden loved everything she encountered in her life, especially Dora the Explorer.

She enjoyed going to daycare to see her friends and to play and she thought of her beloved dog, Cooper, as her best friend.

Madden is survived by her parents, Ticia Hayden and Mathew Ladd of Fulton; her brother, Tanner Ladd of Fulton; paternal grandparents: Cathleen Ladd of Fulton and Alan Ladd of Liverpool; maternal grandparents: Gregory and Katherine Hayden of Fulton; paternal great-grandparents: Gerald and Gladys Guernsey of Fulton; maternal great-grandparents: Tamara and Lyle Miller of Carthage, NY, and Bruce Ashcraft Sr. and Carol Moseley of Black River, NY.

She is also survived by her uncle, Joshua Ladd, uncle Zachary Ladd and aunt, Erin Hayden all of Fulton; and several great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins.

She was predeceased by her paternal great-grandparents: Florence and Raymond Ladd; and maternal great-grandparents: Ellsworth and Patricia Hayden.

Funeral services and burial will be held privately.

Calling hours will be conducted Monday from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton.

  2. I know how lost you must feel a parent should never have to go thru any of this! She is a beautiful little girl and now an angel! So sorry for your loss. We have our fist daughter watching down on us and her brother and sister. Our angels will be with us always!

  4. Ticia and Matt, I am so sorry! She was a beautiful young girl and would light up any room! I am so glad I got to meet her and fall in love with her. The 2 years she was here she touched so many lives. God must of needed her for a greater reason, she is in a better place and her view up their is more amazing than any view she would ever see down here. I wish I had the words and hugs to make everything better for you Ticia…. I love you guys, I am here if you need anything! Madden Katherine, you will forever be in my heart. Fly high princess.
