Today (March 22), Rep. Dan Maffei (D-NY) announced he will host “Discuss it with Dan” mobile office hours events throughout the 24th Congressional District.
Rep. Maffei will meet with constituents one-on-one during the “Discus it with Dan” events where constituents will have the opportunity to discuss issues important to them face-to-face with their representative.
Constituents are invited to attend and share their thoughts, ideas, questions, and concerns.
Maffei’s constituent service staff will also be on hand to assist individuals seeking assistance from the office.
The first “Discuss it with Dan” event will be on March 26 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Dunbar Center located at 1453 South State Street, Syracuse.
More “Discuss it with Dan” events throughout Central New York will be announced in the coming days.
“These events are an opportunity for constituents to share their thoughts, ask questions, and express their concerns to me in person and face-to-face,” said Rep. Dan Maffei. “Central New Yorkers deserve the opportunity to look their representative in the eye and tell them how they feel. They also deserve help and assistance from our office if they need it. It is not enough to expect constituents to come to us. We must go to them. My team and I will be traveling to communities throughout Central New York hosting these events. I look forward to hearing from my constituents at our first event on Tuesday.”
Constituents are encouraged to arrive early.
Rep. Maffei will meet with each constituent individually at the “Discuss it with Dan” events and in some cases there may be a short wait time.
More “Discuss it with Dan” events will be announced.
