Making Homemade Applesauce


Phoenix, NY - Miley Esposito and Lukas Harrison, Head Start preschoolers at Discovery Day Care, are using their fine motor skills to cut apples up in small pieces to make homemade applesauce for their class.  The children are learning to make themselves a healthy snack!  The children enjoyed tasting the homemade applesauce after it was cooked and cooled.  Head Start is taking applications.  If you have any questions about the program or would like to sign your child up for Head Start please call Education Services at OCO at 598-4711.  OCO, Inc. is a private, non-profit agency that has been supporting communities throughout Oswego County since 1966.
