Man’s Weight Loss Story Entertains Rotarians


Jay Wornick, left is being thanked by Rotarian Betty Fadden for his presentation at a recent Fulton Noon Rotary Club meeting.  Betty is the Executive Director of the Fulton YMCA.  Jay is one of Betty’s “Health Seekers.”  Jay explained, in a very interesting and dramatic way, how he changed his life style and lost 200 pounds in the last 10 months.  Jay used a combined program of natural foods, fruits and vegetables and daily exercise to reduce his weight. Jay's interesting story was carried in the Syracuse Post Standard and he and his family appeared on "Good Morning America" recently.
