OSWEGO, NY – Oswego County Legislature Chairman Fred C. Beardsley recently presented a proclamation designating the month of March as American Red Cross Month in Oswego County.

At hand to receive the proclamation was Danielle Hayden, branch director of the Oswego Chapter of the American Red Cross.
