OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Human Services Committee presented a proclamation designating March as Developmental Disabilities Month.

While one in every 43 Americans is affected by developmental disabilities, they all  still have valuable attributes that allow them to make worthwhile contributions to their communities.

This proclamation celebrates this diversity and the efforts of dedicated individuals, volunteers and providers who work tirelessly on their behalf.
