Mardi Gras Party Comes To First United Of Fulton

FULTON – A pre-Lenten Mardi Gras Party will be held at First United Church of Fulton, 33 S. Third St., on February 15 at 2 p.m.

Admission is free.

The community is welcome.

‘Sounds of Brass’ from the Fulton Community Band will present lively Dixieland music.

The party will include games, refreshments and plain old fun.

It will make a light and entertaining way to enter the Lent and Easter seasons.

Masks, bling and costumes are optional.

This event is sponsored by the Older Adults Team of The Open Doors Neighborhood Center of the First United Church.

First United is affiliated with the American Baptist Churches, USA and the Presbyterian Church (USA).

The congregation is active in the greater Fulton community through the Greater Fulton Area Council of Christian Churches and other avenues of sharing.

The facility offers hearing assistance, and it is accessible to those who are physically handicapped.

Sunday worship takes place each week at 11 a.m.
