Margaret A. Scott, 84; of Fulton died Monday at Crouse Hospital, Syracuse, NY after a long illness.
She was born in Oswego, NY to the late Clarence and Edith (Smith) Dingman. Mrs. Scott worked as a manager of Dunkin Donuts, and Kentucky Fried Chicken. She retired from General Foods, Fulton.
She was a member of the Fulton Christian Fellowship Church. Mrs. Scott enjoyed traveling, baking and cake decorating.
She was pre-deceased by her first husband Forbie Gorman, Sr., her second husband William Ormsby, Sr., and her third husband Ray Scott and 3 siblings: Neil, Gaylen, and Harold Dingman.
She is survived by 12 children: Linda Rodriquez of Buffalo, NY, Alice (Bummer) Gillette of Fulton, Forbie “Bud” Gorman, Jr., of CO, Paul (Lori) Gorman of Parish, NY, Jerry (Kathy) Gorman of Fulton, NY Connie (Steven) Arthur of Parish, NY, William (Cindy) Ormsby, Jr., of Central Square, NY, Robert Ormsby of MO, David (Rene) Ormsby of Fulton, Kevin (Cindy) Ormsby of Fulton, Kathy Ormsby of CA, and Kelly (Cassandra) Ormsby of Fulton, 2 sisters: Norma Sacco, and Carol Lovejoy, and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held 6:00 PM Wednesday at the Fulton Christian Fellowship Church officiated by Mrs. Scott’s son Pastor William Ormsby Jr. Burial and committal services will be held in Riverside Cemetery 10:00 AM Thursday. Calling hours will be conducted 4:00 to 6:00 PM Wednesday at the Fulton Christian Fellowship Church 206 State St. Fulton, NY 13069.
The family has requested that donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation of CNY, 731 James St. Suite 200, Syracuse, NY 13203.
