Marine Museum, Maritime Center Hours Listed

OSWEGO, NY – The H. Lee White Museum & Maritime Center, located on the West First Street Pier in Oswego’s Historic Maritime District, is open 1 – 5 p.m. Monday – Sunday throughout the year.

The museum complex consists of a main building of exhibits highlighting more than 400 years of maritime history, the National Historic Landmark World War II Tug the “LT-5,” New York State Derrick Boat 8 from the Canal System and Eleanor D, the last US commercial fishing vessel to work Lake Ontario.

Vessels are closed until spring.

Locally built schooner Ontario is going into winter storage; watch for her spring return!

Admission is $7/adult, $3/teen, 12 and under are free.

The Treasure Chest Gift Shop is open during museum hours to browse for free.
