OSWEGO – On 11/18/16 at 10:40 a.m., John J. Motell IV, 18, of 1944 Onionville Road, Martville, was arrested for two counts of first-degree rape, a class B felony and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.
The charges stem from the investigation into an incident that began in September 2015 and continued for around six months, according to the police report.
He allegedly forced the victim to have sexual intercourse at different locations in the town of Hannibal.
Mr. Motell IV was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond.
He is to return to Hannibal Town Court on 12/13/16.
