Mary Alice Richardson, of Lakeland, FL, died of natural causes associated with old age Wednesday, September 15, 2010, at her home. She was 100 years old.
Born in North Wolcott, NY on May 30, 1910, she went to Lakeland, FL from Phoenix, NY in 1998. She was a homemaker and worked at Sterling Co-Op Canning Company. She was a member of River of Life Assembly of God, Fulton.
Mrs. Richardson was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Richardson. She is survived by her eight children: daughters, Nancy (James) Van Brummelen of Toms River, NJ, Mary Lou (Clyde) Bettis of Phoenix, Myrtle (Peter) Van Brummelen of Mulberry, FL and Carol Richardson of Greer, SC; sons, Donald (Sally) Richardson of Lakeland, FL, Clarence (Ann) Richardson of Weedsport, Robert (Linda) Richardson of Liverpool and Harold â€œPeteâ€ (Donna) Richardson of Freeport; a sister, Clara Van Alstine of Martville; 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 21st at River of Life Assembly of God, 815 Oneida Street, Fulton with burial at Hannibal Village Cemetery, Hannibal. Calling hours will be 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, September 20th at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton.
