Fulton, NY – Carolyn Handville (center), program manager for OCO’s Cancer Services Program Partnership, meets with pharmacists Fran Badagnani (left) and Erin Hess regarding The Medicine Shoppe’s collaboration with the CSPP to promote the many cancer screenings the program offers free of charge to uninsured Oswego County residents aged 40 to 64.
These cancer screenings include; clinical breast exams, mammograms, pap/pelvic exams and colorectal cancer screenings.
Pharmacists at The Medicine Shoppe are going above and beyond for their customers by disseminating program cards detailing the cancer screenings the program offers as well as posting program flyers for their customers to view.
“Early detection saves lives and I applaud the pharmacists at The Medicine Shoppe for their admirable commitment to their customers by informing each of them of the services available through the Cancer Services Program,” said Handville.
