Hands On Oswego Community Clean Up Part 2

For the second time in a month, volunteers from Oswego came together and took over Civic Plaza and spent many hours weeding, painting, planting and cleaning up. Thank you to Heathe and Chris Jones for organizing Hands On Oswego.
