Metro Center offers free session on using improvisation skills at work

OSWEGO — The SUNY Oswego Metro Center in Syracuse will offer a preview of its upcoming professional development class on helping business leaders to respond adeptly to change at 6 p.m. Nov. 13.

Improv is often associated with comedy, but the practice of thinking and acting or reacting in the moment is applicable to today’s uncertain and fast-paced business world. Successful business leaders must be aware of their environments and able to exploit change. Improvisation skills help to achieve these objectives.

This free session is a preview to the three-part “Improv U!” class offered Nov. 27, Dec. 4 and 11.
