MEXICO, NY – The Greater Mexico Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 5th Annual Mexico Music Festival on June 9.
The festival includes music from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., an arts and crafts fair and the Great American Duck Race.
A total of $1,200 in cash prize money will given along with numerous other prizes for winning ducks.
The festival will be held on the front lawn of the Mexico Academy and Central Schools High School in the center of the village of Mexico on Main Street.
Music will be enjoyed all day from the front steps of the high school.
Bring a lawn chair.
Food vendors will offer refreshments all day.
There will be activities for children.
Back by popular demand are the five time world champion Empire Statesmen Drum & Bugle Corp from Rochester.
Mike Sheil and the Mexico Brass will also perform as well as various other artists and groups.
