FULTON, NY – Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve, a long-standing tradition for many Catholics, will be offered this year on Wednesday at Holy Trinity Parish, in Fulton.
The solemn feast will begin with a Carol Service at 11:30 p.m.
The Carol Service will feature traditional Christmas Carols as well as other seasonal music presented by the Holy Trinity Choir under the direction of James Feeney, organist and choir director.
Additionally, the service will include a string quartet as well as brass accompaniment.
Rev. James Shultz, recently assigned associate pastor will be the celebrant and Homilist for the Midnight Mass.
The Christmas Mass schedule for Holy Trinity includes Christmas Eve at 4 p.m. preceded by the Children’s Program at 3:30 p.m. with organist Dolores Walrath.
Celebrant for the 4 p.m. mass will be Rev. John Canorro, pastor.
Mass on Christmas Day will be at 10 a.m. with Father Schultz as the celebrant and organist Feeney.
Holy Trinity Parish is located at 309 Buffalo St. and is handicap accessible.
