Other highlights of the event included a free lunch prepared by culinary students from Oswego County CiTi, as well as entertainment by Anybody’s Guess.

“I was once again thrilled to connect more than 500 Central New Yorkers with organizations and businesses who can make a difference in their lives by helping to improve their health. I would like to thank everyone who made this event such a success, including the many vendors who attend year after year, the students from Oswego County CiTi for the great lunch, Anybody’s Guess, who provided top-notch entertainment and Oswego County Opportunities for providing much-needed transportation to and from the event for our area’s seniors,” Ritchie said.

At the event, Senator Ritchie also honored Peg McKinstry, Carole Sponable and Carol Vescio with her Senior Volunteer award in recognition of their work to improve the Central New York region.

Senator Ritchie’s Oswego County Senior Health and Wellness Fair was the first of three she will be hosting in the region.
