FULTON, NY – Round up your posse and head for the 2015 OCO Rodeo Bowl.
The action takes place Saturday, April 18, from high noon until pretty near sunset (6 p.m.) at Lakeview Lanes.
This event is sponsored by “Making a Difference” Sponsor G&C Foods, and “Building Dreams” Sponsors NRG Oswego Harbor Power, LLC; Fidelis Care New York; OneGroup; POMCO; National Grid; and Ultimate Software, Inc.
“We’re extremely grateful for the generous support of so many major sponsors,” said OCO Executive Director Diane Cooper-Currier. “This year’s focus is on helping those experiencing a crisis. Proceeds raised from the 2015 Rodeo Bowl will help hundreds of Oswego County residents get through their crises and achieve stability, security, and even thrive in their improved situation!”
The event offers much more than bowling.
There’s a lively country and western theme complete with line dancing, stick horse races, a selfie corral, manic milking contest, cow chip surprise, silent auction, door prize drawings, raffles, 50/50, trivia contests, and more.
A chicken BBQ will be going on in the parking lot, with complete half-chicken dinners going on sale for $8 at 1:30 p.m. until sold out.
They will also be kicking off the Rootin-Tootin Raffle.
Try your luck at winning these great prizes: A rodeo package; a two-night stay at River Edge Mansion near Syracuse; and a restaurant roundup featuring gift certificates to four different dining establishments in Oswego County, plus a bottle of wine and glasses.
Tickets are $5 or 5/$20.
