Nancy L. Bourgeois, 70, a resident of Harbor Brook Dr., Scriba, passed away June 5, 2011 at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Syracuse, NY, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Elsie (Baker) Pierce.
Nancy worked at St. Luke Health Facilities for 23 years and for the past 12 years worked as a receptionist at the Manor at Seneca Hill.
Her most joy came from spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Surviving are her son, Steve (Tina) Bourgeois of Oswego; her daughters, Melissa (Mark Koegel) Gigliotti of Fulton; Stacey (John Mulcahy) Pitcher of Oswego; Nina Gibson of Florida; her adoring grandchildren, Ryan Pitcher, Adam Pitcher, Brandon Pitcher, Michael Pitcher, Jim Mulcahy, John Mulcahy Jr., Steven Gigliotti, Matthew Bourgeois, Thomas Holland Jr., Christopher Bourgeois, Alyssa Holland and Erin Bourgeois.
She was predeceased by her husband, Stanley J. Bourgeios in 1994; and a sister, Elisie Shortsleeve.
Funeral Services will be held 11a.m. Thursday at the Nelson Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held 4-7p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home, 11 West Albany St. Oswego.
